In the paper the authors developed a classification of sales management system in contemporary Russian companies included the following main types: "Spontaneous -intuitive type", "Sorokin's Nest", "System-spontaneous type," and "Structural-technological type." The classification is based on main sales management function analysis. The most popular type was identified. A low level of its organization could be a reason of a prudent effectiveness of contemporary Russian sales management systems.

The analysis of a current status of region transport system was carried out. Main problems of public transport system were revealed and the directions of their decision were determined. Problems of theoretical issues of adaptation economic mechanism forming are considered. The theoretical justification for the functioning of the economic mechanism of adaptation through the use of the basic principles of adaptation and adaptive enterprise, the conceptual foundations of adaptive accounting and control systems functioning, engineering methodologies of adaptive accounting and adaptive engineering tools is held. Using the principles of adaptation is considered from the point of view of the organization and methodology of adaptive accounting. We consider the nature, value and feasibility of a systematic, comprehensive and situational approaches to adaptive accounting, information-dimensional approach to accounting. The engineering methodology maintenance of the adaptive accounting on the basis of the evolutionary-adaptive balance theory positions is shown. Attention is also given to the substantiation of the structured plans of accounts adaptive evolution using possibilities. The basic idea of adaptive engineering tools using is to ensure the integration capabilities of adaptive accounting system based on their integration into the structure of the plan of accounts. The structural elements of the economic mechanism of adaptive change management based on an alternative choice and a multiplicity of solutions are identified. Attention is given to the interpretation and implementation of the adaptive accounting results.

Zoning of territories is one of the mechanisms of real estate management. Economic analysis of real estate includes consideration of the problems of spatial – economic development of real estate which exists in specially organized space. Difference in land value, expressed through economic parameters of real estate, forms the basis of territorial – economic zoning, definition of cost equivalent of real estate objects. Global practice shows, that it is increase of land value as a result of zonal-territorial policy realization that leads to the maximal economic benefit. Only joint influence on real estate objects and their spatial environment сan provide the best social and economic results.

The paper discusses the features of the domestic market of information products. Discloses the main problems hindering its further growth. The basic directions of perfection of the Russian information market and focuses on the role of the state in its regulation.
