The main problems in the construction of control systems on agricultural enterprises are reviewed. The modern markets require businesses, including the agricultural enterprises, to release new kinds of products, constantly deliver it and have high-quality services.Introduction of new products to agro-industries require attracting new investment, and this, in turn, highlihgts drawbacks of existing management systems and product distribution. Russian agricultural enterprises (in particular food and processing enterprises) lose in stiff competition to western companies. Improving management and product distribution systems of agricultural enterprises allows a significant economic effect at the lowest cost. Introducing elements of management technologies will reduce costs, and allow to develop action plans of individual departments and the company as a whole in a more clear and objective manner.

We study the relationship between the fuel and energy natural resources production and the categories of income in Russia. We measure such a relationship numerically using the Pearson correlation coefficient. It turns out, there is a very strong positive correlation in Russia as a whole across all the income categories (such as wages, entrepreneurial income and social transfers) except income from property. The highest correlation (in the whole country and in the selected regions examined) is observed in wages and social transfers. What makes Moscow to stand apart from the rest of the country is income from property. It's share is 2.2 to 2.8 times is higher in Moscow, while the Pearson coefficient is equal to 0.91 in Moscow and just 0.69 in RF as a whole. This result confirms the assertion that Moscow real estate market has attracted a significant portion of Russian fuel and energy natural resources rent, and Moscow became the center of its redistribution.

In the article the authors propose a method for the implementation of environmental-economic evaluation of acoustic impact on the urban environment. More than 80% of the population lives in conditions of excess acoustic load. The main sources of acoustic impact for the majority of urban areas are rail and air transport, road transport, industrial enterprises. At the design stage of projects to reduce the acoustic impact of the urban environment, as a rule, there is a need for ecological-economic assessment to justify the implementation of noise protection measures. The proposed method allows to estimate the annual damage in rubles from acoustic impact in the urban environment from the various "regulated" sources of noise. Under "regulated" sources of noise, the authors imply any source, whose contribution to the total level of acoustic impact is reduced as a result of implementation of the evaluated activities. The authors proposed implementation methodology of ecological-economic assessment of acoustic impact on the urban environment can be used in urban design, in justifying the choice of measures for the suppression of acoustic effects in the existing buildings, the choice of optimal variants of a new technology that can reduce the acoustic impact on the residential premises, etc.

The estimation of enterprise charges is described and the models of reducing drawbacks are offered. The calculation of technological and economic losses caused by emission of electrolysis hydrogen in the atmosphere is made. The flow of oxygen and air during the combustion gases and the amount of simple combustion is calculated. The ways of economically viable utilization of associated hydrogen would increase the level of environmental safety of the process are revealed. We consider the use of hydrogen produced during electrolysis of sodium hypochlorite solution to produce hot water for the needs of the enterprise.
