With the development of market relations and the increasing competition in the Russian work with the end consumer is becoming increasingly important for each market participant. Consumer behavior - a new field of knowledge that will help market participants to maintain and even increase the profitability of of their business at relatively low material costs. The fastest way to increase income of the company without investing significant resources, is to increase customer loyalty. For the numerical evaluation and opportunities to influence on customer loyalty is computed the customer loyalty index. To increase the effectiveness of measures taken to study and improve customer loyalty index developed a set of program measures on the basis of 1c Alfa Auto. Using the information from the system 1C Alpha - Auto and reports on the level of customer loyalty index was developed a project - the funnel of service that will increase the profits gained in the automotive service.

Instructors face different problems making online courses from face-to-face courses. One of the problems is availability of special assignments. These assignments are difficult to assess and implement in online mode. Researchers use different not so accurate and clear terminology denoting this class of problems. A terminology of these assignments is defined and their classification is given in the paper. Also the existing techniques for organizing and scoring these works are observed. Several types of assignments which can’t be scored automatically are defined. A technique and tool for automated scoring these works were developed. The technique and the tool were used during the blended performance of term papers on the subject «Design of automated system of data processing and control» of five-course students majoring in Automated system of data processing and control in Ufa state aviation technical university in autumn term in 2013. This helped us accelerate the scoring process greatly.

The article discusses the generalized algorithm of processing of weakly formalized information in technical systems on the example of the control of non-equilibrium chemical reaction such as the Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction. The reaction occurs in a container placed in a thermostat. By container summed tubes on which the container through the valve receives a reagent solution. The contents of the container is stirred with a mixer. In the container occurs reactions, and the excess solution is drained through the drain. The problem is following. It is necessary valves that regulate the rate of arrival of solutions into the container and stirrer speed adjusted so as to obtain a stable periodic repeating pattern. In the reaction can be seen as a change of color of the solution from red (high concentration of cerium ions with a valence of 3) to blue (high concentration of cerium ions having a valence of 4) and back to the period of a few minutes. In the article described in detail the use of the generalized algorithm to solve of the problem of regulating of valves and mixers in the container.

Failure of communication equipment and automated control systems by the fire GPS MES of Russia, leads to a significant reduction in staffing it and, in consequence, to the disruption of assigned tasks. It is shown that one of the most important elements influencing the nature of development in the region is socio-ethno-cultural landscape. The study of its characteristics suggests a wide use of methods of social simulation. The purpose of modeling is to estimate the required parameters in conditions of uncertainty, both at the planning stage and during the current administration. Theoretical solutions to this challenge are based on the use of the principle of duality, when the production and analysis of missing information about a managed object, in our case about socio-ethno-cultural landscape, the system is in the process of governance. The duality of the models appears in their dual role as research (for monitoring characteristics of socio-ethno-cultural landscape and, at the same time as the reference models for the management of development in the region. Need of approbation and problem integration of methods of the system analysis, social diagnostics and social and mathematical modeling which will make new scientific methodology of research is shown. To solve the problem of this level is proposed for effective convergence of methodological knowledge in the use of total potential informational, cognitive, and socio-humanitarian technologies.

This article discusses some aspects of the development of logical and conceptual model for decision-making in the theory of the economy of the active connect.The article offers author's solution to this problem on the basis of the extreme values of Choque integral. It is proved that under certain conditions, in particular when not transferable utility, optimal decision-making procedures for the balanced allocation of scarce resources in economic systems must be sought in the class of information and cognitive technologies included in the list of critical technologies of modern Russia.

The article analyzes the problems of forced migrants from the South-East of Ukraine who left their homes as a result of the Ukrainian authorities, a large-scale anti-terrorist operation. Copyright pilot study was devoted to the analysis of the impact of forced migration on the processes of marginalization of the individual. The findings suggest that the problems of marginalization, which is necessary to overcome a sound migration policy of the Russian Federation in respect of forced migrants from the South-East of Ukraine.

Experimental studies of the ignition system to the load operation of the motor. With the help of current and voltage sensors made visualization, transformation and analysis of information about the characteristics of energy spark discharge in the cylinder at different operation modes. Produced by processing waveform is shown that with increasing rotation speed of motor is decreasing the duration of the spark discharge with an increase in the energy released in the electrode gap of the spark plug. With increasing rotation speed the release of energy takes place in a shorter period of time due to increased voltage; increasing the amount of energy by reducing the value of the breakdown voltage. However, these relationships are non-linear. On the mode of maximum torque and power discharge duration increased.

It is based on the introduction of the interval representation of a Boolean matrix."

Risk management process represents the complex problem possessing a number of specific features. Ambiguity of the concept "risk" and variety of manifestations of risk and opportunities of overcoming of its adverse effects are aggravated with that the most part of the parameters participating in process of development of managing decisions have no accurate (numerical) characteristics. Estimates of the majority of concepts are formulated by experts in a verbal form. For overcoming of the specified difficulties in work the method of a numerical assessment of levels of the acceptable is offered and tolerant is risk. The entered metrics allow to start formalization of process of search and acceptance of optimum management decisions for reduction of value of the current risk to the target objective. The offered mathematical model can be the basis for the corresponding software for the purpose of creation of system of decision support in the sphere of a risk management.

In this paper we propose mathematical model of implicit-pole synchronous generator of mini-CHP. The model is based on a full Park-Gorev differential equation. The saturation of the machine is taken by using the method of partial magnetic characteristics. This method allows most accurate evaluation of the change of parameters of an equivalent circuit of the nonsalient-pole generator in the absence of information about the magnetic properties of the machine. The model is Implemented in Simulink. Application of the model is possible when calculating the steady-state and transients in distribution electrical net wich contains implicit-pole synchronous generators.

The technology, which is used in both the dental laboratory and the dental office, can be applied to inlays, onlays, veneers, crowns, fixed partial dentures, implant abatments, and even full-mouth reconstruction. This article discusses the history of CAD/CAM in dentistry and gives an overview of how it works. It also provides information on the adventages and disadventages, describes the main product available and addresses future applications.

Using a device of close homogeneous exponential queueing networks (QN) a mathematical model of an information system functiouning with considering influence of blockings was worked out. A proccessor and the united resourse "channel - external memory" are considered as shared resources. All the users' requests are assumed to be single and homogeneous and the servicing discipline "First Come First Served" is used for sequence of their execution. Analytic expressions are given for calculation of the integral characteristics of the system: the distribuition law of number of messages in a system, the average number of messages at a node, the average sojourn time of a message at a node, the average sojourn time of a message in a system.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the description of the results of scientific research in the field of substantiation of the programme of action in the restructuring of the coal industry. The main attention of the authors focused on ensuring the environmental security of organizational and technical measures. It is shown that the goal of environmental protection on the territory of the liquidated mines can only be achieved when forming the production program considering the results of a comprehensive study of the object and its relationship with the external environment (geo-environment, groundwater and surface hydrosphere and atmosphere) with using theories of system analysis and prognostics. In particular, based on the analysis of scientific publications on the subject and the results of their own research to determine leading factors of negative impact on life safety of the population and the requirements of the forecast system. In the final part of the article provides information on the implementation of the methodology of research into practice.

A game-theoretic dynamic model of social partnership in the system of continuing professional education is proposed and investigated in the simulation mode on the base of scenario method. The processing of modeling data includes a comparative analysis of state variable and payoff functionals. Results of the model identification and investigation based on simulation modeling are considered. A comparative analysis of egoistic and cooperative approaches to the social partnership is conducted.

This article proposes the problem of the anti-virus heuristic analysis. Important feature of static heuristic techniques is dependence of indicators of detection on structure of the training set. Offered the technique of formation a training set . Concepts of a measure of similarity and a matrix of similarity were entered. The measure of similarity shows degree of compliance of one file to another. The matrix of similarity consists of measures of similarity of files of the training set. With use of the entered definitions the technique of formation of the training selection was developed. The main idea of a technique consists what the files which remained in the training set had as it is possible a smaller measure of similarity with the others. The carried-out experimental inspection showed efficiency and the practical importance of the proposed solution.
