In article approaches to development of the adaptive and robust systems intended for improvement of quality of management of temperature condition of processes of restoration and vacuum separation of the spongy titan in the conditions of uncertainty are offered. The principles of creation of control systems are considered. It is shown that at quality of management, almost identical with adaptive system, the robust system has simpler structure. The method of calculation of robust settings of the PI-regulator of temperature condition of processes is stated.

The paper presents a method for creating model for combinational circuit implementation in FPGA basis, through its original description. This model represents the equivalent circuit of the FPGA logic elements. The scheme can be used for the calculation of various parameters such as speed, area, power consumption etc. The paper proposes to use this model to assess reliability in relation to the single fault in combinational circuit’s parts or the configuration registers. Furthermore, the resulting equivalent circuit can be modified and re-synthesized in the CAD environment to achieve high levels of resistance to a single event upset. Direct estimation of the masking properties of the logic circuit through its original description is impossible because of substantial change in the structure due to the synthesis process. Evaluation of fault tolerance after place and route is not available due to lack of the necessary tools in modern CAD (Altera Quartus II, Xilinx ISE, Synopsys Synplify). To evaluate the reliability of the project one must create custom FPGA netlist analysis tool and tools for modeling combinational circuits.

Abstract: To analyse the absolute stability of nonlinear impulsive systems are proposed recurrent mathematical expressions derived from the criterion of absolute stability and allows by means of the developed program to determine the coecients of a special polynomial obtained from the transfer function of a nonlinear pulse system of any order. The technique of checking the strict positivity of the obtained polynomial (which is analogous to the characteristic polynomial of the system) the signs of the determinants inerney matrix and thereby detect the absolute stability of the system. Determinants of innoref are computed by an efficient algorithm for double triangularization, giving the win to 2 – 4 times compared to the classical algorithm of Gauss

The article describes the results of simulation of a five-channel inverter with scalar control the motor speed. Briefly describes the principles of a scalar control, the structure of the five-channel inverter, as well as five-channel method of controlling the inverter using the method of double-zero sequence voltage (DZV). The structure of the model and the simulation results, confirming the possibility of using a five-channel inverter with scalar control the motor speed is considered.

We presented theoretical studies which were related with a compositional system consisting of two regular anisotropic gradient planar structures in this article. The principal axes of tensors of the dielectric permittivity were coincided with axes of the Cartesian coordinate system when their components were generalized by the spatial distribution. We used a representation of a set of related fields for the surface waves by mixed spectrum of the regular symmetrical gradient anisotropic waveguides. We also used the system of coupled equations for the quasi-amplitude coefficients of the interacting modes, which was received in our previous work. Then we analyzed the effect of anisotropy, inhomogeneity in the transverse and longitudinal dependence of modal transformation. It was possible to trace the transformation of modes with maintaining of polarization and take into account the phase relations between the interacting modes and functions of changing of all material characteristics in connected structures and their dependence on parameters of the gradient components of the dielectric tensor in waveguide media. The possibility of effective control to the interaction between modes of the continuous spectrum due to changes in parameters and characteristics of compositional artificial medium was found out. A comparison of the losses in the casing and in the usual coupled system was done. The high reliability of all results was marked.

Distribution of surface waves in open nonlinear anisotropic and gradient planar compositional structures was considered. The planar waveguide structure consisted of four layers which dielectric susceptibility of the internal environment contained additive components. One of the components was depended on the module of electric field under sedate laws. Other components were represented by a tensor of dielectric permeability which main axes were coincided with axes of the Cartesian system of coordinates, then were turned on some corner of rather longitudinal coordinate of Oz, and finally were turned round the cross coordinate of Oy. Elements of a tensor of dielectric susceptibility depended on spatial coordinates under the generalized laws. From Maxwell's equations we received the wave equations for the cross working-out electric and magnetic vectors. New solutions of these quasi-differential equations which special cases could be presented by the set of known special functions were found. Cross and longitudinal components of electric and magnetic fields were found on this basis. In the end of our research we showed the possibility of practical applications of all results.

The purpose and problems of this work consist in research of schemes analog and the discrete and analog reconstructed integrators, feature of their construction and work, determination of uniqueness of each scheme, both on circuitry execution, and on a way of reorganization, carrying out the analysis. For the solution of a task the analysis of domestic and foreign works is made, schemes analog are constructed and the discrete and analog reconstructed integrators, work has survey character. During the comparative analysis, in article, it was revealed that depending on the specific solved objective, and also from technology of production, any of circuitry solutions of integrators can appear more effective in comparison with others.

Purpose: In the first part of the article gives analysis of the impact of various types of the regulators (PI controller, relay and relay operating in sliding mode) on the quality of the transition process in the current loop. It is shown that the best performance in speed and overshoot has a relay regulator operating in sliding mode. In the second part of the article describes a three-loop control system of an electromagnetic bearing gas blower with the capacity of 16 MW The methodology of the work : to calculate the regulator used the method of transfer functions. A switch regulator operating in the sliding mode is used as a current regulator, and to determine the parameters of the speed controller and of the position controller, adjustment onto the modular optimum is performed. The analysis of the transition processes in the three-loop control system is performed in «MatlabSimulink» software. Results: in the result of modelling the electromagnetic bearing control system, transient phenomena by controlling and perturbation actions are obtained. The results are used in the construction of the control system electromagnetic bearing blower pumping unit at the compressor station «Pomarskaya»

In this paper, discuss principal technical problems of smart home and building. Following factors impact and effect on the physical properties: mechanical, chemical, biological, air, acoustic vibration..., which affect quality of life and especially house condition. We derive requirements of each type of sensor systems that used in the control and smart home management. Were formed classification of sensors on subsystems, which should be placed in the responsibility area of smart home management system, in order to provide a comprehensive and com-plete data collection about state of smart home. The authors emphasize advantages and possible replacement of fiber optic sensors to measure some main parameters, which are required for monitoring and control smart home. In addition, they focus on fiber optic strain gauges to monitor the status of the house foundations. Introduced an optical fiber sensor structure. Analyze structure, technical parameters and even the operating principles of each sensor component. The sensor is contained some main elements: LED, force transmission plate, sensor (fiber optic cable), metal enclosure, panel, fiber optic cable. This article suggests some options for using fiber optic sensors to monitor the foundations building condition.

The estimation of the effectiveness of these devices in various stages of development and testing of medical devices. The paper discusses examples of the construction with the use of modern laboratory information environment LabVIEW. The present approach permits to select a sufficiently effective suite for verification and testing of medical devices in the company and for the training of students. Based on the findings made in the article, you can choose the most appropriate complex for initial verification of medical equipment and for periodic calibration.

Currently, counterfeit goods began dating in all types of consumer goods. The sector of textile products is one of the most susceptible to counterfeiting. A lot of companies confronted with the problem of counterfeiting of their products on a commercial scale. One of the promising directions in the area of protection against counterfeiting of products is the use of RFID technology. On the basis of one of the basic RFID standards established technology NFC, electronics manufacturers inserted into the smartphones the corresponding module. Using NFC technology, together with the developed system for the identification of products can serve as additional, and for some companies and the only protection against forgery.Each item in the system has a unique QR-code link to the page containing detailed information. Link consists of a website address and a unique identifier. The resulting QR-code may be printed on the label of the product, which is integrated with the NFC tag containing the same unique identifier. QR-code reading is carried out by appropriate application. NFC tag reading is possible if the corresponding module, which is now present in most mobile devices. The owner of a mobile device, comparing the received code, be able to distinguish original products from counterfeits.

This paper presents using of artificial neural network for short-term and medium-term forecasting of electric power consumption by energy provider. As a program for modeling an artificial neural network we chose MATLAB with its Neural Network Toolbox. The article reviews two training algorithms. First was the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm and the second was Bayesian regularization algorithm. Comparing this algorithms was founded that the second one Bayesian regularization algorithm is more effective for making short-term and medium-term forecasts of electric power consumption. Also it is found, that artificial neural network can be used for one-day forecast management accurate within 2.5% from actual consumption. Comparing the forecasting data with actual data of electric power consumption allowed to the conclusion that artificial neural network which was chosen can be used on practice for forecasting of electric power consumption of energy provider for its effective work on the wholesale electricity market.

In this paper, we consider the problem of development of equivalent circuit of non-linear element with the current-voltage characteristic controlled either voltage or current, which can be modeled without any changes of scheme in accordance with design requirements. For solving the problem we use an analog-digital-analog element. The current-voltage characteristic of this element is determined by the program of the digital device work. To approximate the characteristics of non-linear elements we apply polynomials of varying degrees - segments of the Taylor series, Maclaurin, Lagrange, et al. In our opinion, the solution of such a problem is relevant.

In this article a method of assessment the software reliability is proposed. This method bases on the allocation of functional units - structured sets of logically related commands to ensure the implementation of a well-defined range of the one character's tasks. The reliability of the program consists of the aggregate achievements of the reliability of each functional unit,which has its own special set of possible faults and failures. Unlike most of the existing models for assessment the software reliability assessment in this method does not occur in the testing phase of software product but the final result evaluated.

The article is devoted to the experimental investigation of the influence of load regimes on the spectrum of induction motor current . Spectrogram analysis allows to identify the presence of deterioration and to determine the operating mode of the induction motor. The experimental apparatus described in the paper allows to measure motor current oscillogram and calculate its spectrum. The appratus is based on PIC highspeed microcontroller. For current measuring the Hall sensor ACS712 is used. Several experiments are carried out in the research: without load, with load, with shaft beating imitaion. The analys of collected data has shown that the spectrums has some differences depends on the type of motor load. The research may be used for diagnostic system for inductor motors.

The theoretical research of the compositional system consisting of two irregular anisotropic gradient-planar structures was done. The main axes of the dielectric tensor rotated around the y-axis in case of their elements had different spatial distributions. The system of coupled integro-quasidifferential equations for the amplitude coefficients of the interacting modes was achieved taking into account the substitution of the field for the required system by the related set of surface and pseudosurface electric and magnetic waves in mixed spectrum for regular asymmetrical inhomogeneous anisotropic waveguides. Creating this system, we considered the irregular boundary components of structures, as well as anisotropy, heterogeneity, transverse and longitudinal dependence of modal transformation. The solution of this system allowed to trace the transformation of modes with persistence of polarization and took into account the phase relations between the interacting modes and functions of border changing for related structures and their dependence on the parameters of the gradient components of the dielectric transmittivity tensor of waveguide environment. An ability to manage the transformation of modes of the continuous spectrum by changing the parameters and characteristics of compositional simulated media and its non-reciprocity was proved.

The experiments by obtaining 3-phase stator current oscillograms under different emergency regimes are described in article. For this purpose an experimental equipment has been used. It included current sensor, multi-channel ADC board, special block for emergency regime simulation and computer. For data processing MathCAD soft has been used. With Fast Fourier Transform algorithm the spectrum graphs were built. Analyse of spectrums showed the differences in odd harmonics between ordinary and any of emergency regime. For analyse the 0-1 kHz frequency range was taken. The research has shown that this technique can be used in diagnostics of 3-phase motors. General algorithm for real-time diagnostic system is developed.

In this article is reviewed the mathematical model of the stepper motor. Analysis of mathematical models showed the presence of oscillation the impulse response, thereby requiring backup duration of the control pulse. The work provides an example the realization of algorithm for calculating a minimum time for one cycle of operation of stepper motor. The results of these studies can be used in the stepper motor control system to increase speed and reduce power consumption associated with the stepper motor control.
