A game-theoretic dynamic model of social partnership in the system of continuing professional education is proposed and investigated in the simulation mode on the base of scenario method. The processing of modeling data includes a comparative analysis of state variable and payoff functionals. Results of the model identification and investigation based on simulation modeling are considered. A comparative analysis of egoistic and cooperative approaches to the social partnership is conducted.

In the article method based on application of artificial neural networks for forecasting of the remained work time on the basis of equipment operational condition analysis is considered. Transformation of telemetric data with application of a generalized Veibull distribution function had reduced influence of noise factors. Validation mechanism is introduced for increase of forecasting accuracy and definition of conditions of neural network training end. A comparative study is performed between the proposed method and known one. The results demonstrate the advantage of the proposed method in achieving more accurate remained work time prediction.

Today developing specialized microelectronics in Russia is an actual problem because many components are absent on the open market, and also because import substitution is a vital task. One can’t make front-end products just by copying, new electronic components must be developed. These components needed in real production sector of economics. One must be aware that to develop the product with competitive ability only some universal scheme must be realized. Nowadays the market is being overpopulated by different smart sensors: temperature, gas, ph-metering. These products are used in different sectors of economics from smart houses making to heavy machinery production. World market has specialized electronics for signal conditioning called analog front-end (AFE). Usage of these components allow to make end-products of significantly smaller size, and also to make their self-cost lower. Smart vibration sensors do not have its AFEs today, so the problem of minimizing their size is not solved. To develop such electronics one need to form a basic structure of AFE suitable for all vibration measurement. For the basis for this structure can be used the structure of a sensor itself, and products already put to market could be used for an example of such electronics. There are certain differences between present AFEs and needed ones for smart vibration sensors. Most of differences concentrated in the input schemes and ADC.

In article the comparative analysis of various versions of circuitry solutions of realization of devices of registration of ionic current, is made, theoretical justification of almost known advantages and shortcomings of the considered devices. In article are given the experimental data obtained at registration of a signal of ionic current by various devices. Is made processing of oscillograms and shown qualitative advantage of the device of registration of ionic current with the stabilized boost converter for the solution of problems of registration of a signal of ionic current with increased requirements to quality of a signal.

This article discusses aspects of the registrar accelerations and angular velocities to determine the power that develops a person while driving. Knowledge of this power with the simultaneous recording of electrocardiogram and possibly electromyogram lower limb muscles allows a comprehensive evaluation of the cardiovascular system. The use of inertial modules in modern cardiomonitors will significantly expand the diagnostic capabilities hidden ischemia in the early stages of the disease.

The article discusses the design of microcontroller control unit for actuators of marine vehicle "Neptune". Functions of the control unit and its interconnections with the other functional elements of the vehicle is described. Emergency remote control mode is presented in details. Paper contains description of hardware and software implementation of the control unit. The efficiency of the proposed design is proved by the results of experiments in which authors measured dependencies between the parameters issued by the autopilot and the appropriate control signals applied to the actuators of autonomous vehicle.

Two different methods for direct torque control (DTC) of induction motor are analyzed. The first one is derived from well-known DTC strategy developed for voltage inverter drives. This type of control basically uses hysteresis type controllers for torque and flux. The decoupling of the torque and flux components is accomplished by using hysteresis comparators, which compares the actual and estimated values of the electromagnetic torque and stator flux. The torque and flux estimated values are calculated based on the sampled motor’s terminal variables, i.e. stator voltages and currents. Output of these comparators, together with the stator flux orientation, are used to select the appropriate voltage vectors of a three phase voltage source inverter. The other DTC method, proposed in the paper, is based on fuzzy logic concept , where fast torque response with low ripple in the torque of induction motor can be achieved. In this technique, the hysteresis comparators, used in basic DTC, are replaced by the fuzzy logic controllers. Takagi – Sugeno fuzzy algorithm are used to approximate nonlinear functions. In comparison with the conventional DTC simulation results clearly demonstrate a better dynamic and steady state performance with the fuzzy logic DTC. The performance of the proposed drive systems evaluated through digital simulation using MatLab package with Simulink blocksets. Also, MatLab/Fuzzy toolbox is used to implement the fuzzy logic controller. Both systems are simulated under the same conditions.

The article deal with gradiometer is designed for remote nondestructive testing of various purposes pipelines. Gradiometer sensor consists of two Hall-effect transducers three-component magnetic field placed at a distance of 1950 mm from each other. The specialized algorithm for reducing transducer’s bias error is used. The gradiometer sensor’s orientation relative to the pipe axis is determinate by the digital microelectromechanical system. The results of measuring the gradient of the magnetic field induction, module, and the coordinates of the sensor are displayed on the LCD display and saved on non-volatile storage.

Using and analysing of these factors by developers of the sites gives to the high positions in results of delivery of search engines. Three groups of factors are specified and examined in the article: internal ranking factors, external ranking factors and behavioral ranking factors. To achieve high accuracy of measurement of liquid flow rate using the hot-wire gauges are encouraged to use multi-segment method of spatial characteristics of the transformation. The method is based on the nonlinear three-dimensional elements. Model the spatial characteristics of the transformation is maximally adapted to the peculiarities of the conversion function of the primary transmitter. Model repeats its spatial form with the non-linearity, zero drift, the influence of external factors, including temperature. This provides a low error rate calculation of flow. Study of the effectiveness of the method was based on experimental data obtained during the calibration at different temperatures. Maximum reduced measurement error does not exceed ~ 0.45% at an arbitrary temperature, recorded during measurement.

This article describes new method of correction of magnetic field MPFS TWT. The method allows controlling the magnetic induction instead of the current coefficient of retarding system. This approach reduces time and increases quality of correction. The key point of the method is in controlling of magnetic field on the assembly stage. The iteration algorithm of correction was developed. It is necessary to remember the coordination of the point, which need to be corrected. After measurement the researcher will know the result of influence of correction, which he or she applies to the system. In such way all magnetic system need to be controlled. This article represents the result of this approach and shows its benefits and lacks.

The article discusses the innovative technology of increasing energy efficiency of wind power station. Also addresses the issue of stabilization of wind generator power at variable wind velocity. The key idea of research consists in reduce losses in the system of generation (quick-response induction machine) and power conversion (voltage source converter) obtained from the wind turbine. Control system was developed for wind turbine, consisting of two control loops: pitch control and direct torque control. Using of direct torque control system of the quick-response induction machine moment is offered for stabilization of wind generator output power. At the same time, the pitch control of the blades wind turbine used to restrict the allowable range for the generated power. Proposed control system allows to increase the production of the power generated by the wind turbine.

In the article describes the program realization of calculation unit pneumatic measuring system. The program is implemented in the languages of IEC: CFC and ST. Algorithm written with the possibility of future use in systems that differ from described in the article. The developed algorithm allows to measure temperature directly using computing power PLC and get the result in the final form, without any changes on the part of the operator.

To improve the quality of developed software for the controller is proposed to take into account the principles of programming in FBD and CFC. Gives practical recommendations for the use application of. Especially, this approach is acquitted for complex systems of automatic control and regulation of high risk. The proposed method reduces the requirements for qualification of personnel, increases productivity in extreme situations, reduces the possibility of errors in the adjustment programs.

A new device is offered for the analysis of motor oil contamination of the internal combustion engine with dispersed particles. Optical and ultrasonic methods for analyzing contamination of motor oils are used to obtain more informative data to estimate the concentration of pollutants in the device.
