The subject area analysis and the information system design using the methodology of the object-oriented approach and CASE-technologies is carried out. The used CASE tools made it possible to obtain a visual model in the form of UML diagrams. The IS data structure and composition is described. The IS requirements are formulated. Technical requirement has been formed. UML diagrams describing the AIS are constructed at the design stage. The database of the information system was designed in the form of ERD diagrams, using the CASE-tool ERwin Data Modeler. Automatic generation of an SQL script was performed to create all tables and relationships in the selected DBMS MySQL, including primary and foreign keys, relationships between tables, database integrity, etc. The information system user interface was designed, too.

The topic of monitoring the state of vegetation using satellite technologies is covered in this paper. The forming of fields' NDVI images is considered. It is proposed to supplement satellite images with new images which formed on predicted values of the vegetation index. It can be helpful for timely detection of heterogeneous and defective areas of vegetation cover. The paper discusses methods for forecasting the NDVI values using Volgograd region as a study area. The results of training a recurrent neural network with the LSTM mechanism, as well as the results of training the XGBoost algorithm, are obtained. Based on the results of the training, the most important weather parameters affecting NDVI were identified. The performance of the trained models was evaluated using the RMSE metric.

Increasing the throughput capacity of railroads is possible through the introduction of coordinate systems of interval regulation of train traffic based on satellite navigation equipment. Since the accuracy of coordinate determination by means of satellite navigation is unstable, it is proposed to use a local differential system of departmental purpose as a means to control the availability of navigation determinations GLONASS/GPS coordinate systems of interval regulation of train traffic. The method of differential pseudorange correction and the method of direct differential coordinate correction are considered. We analyzed the effectiveness of these methods in the Mathlad software package, using daily range measurements of stationary GPS stations located in Canada. The analysis showed that the method of controlling the availability of navigation determinations on the plane using direct differential coordinate correction is more stable and reliable in operation.

The design of an information system for recording appeals received by the election commission is presented. The second stage of the life cycle for information system creation – the design stage is presented. The design was carried out through the use of modern CASE-technologies within the framework of a structural approach using the BPwin modeling tool. A model of the projected information system has been developed. It is constructed using two types of diagrams, tiedly connected each other. They are both the IDEF0 and DFD methodologies. IDEF0 diagrams contain a context diagram and decomposition ones of the first and second levels. The presented series of diagrams describe all the necessary processes sufficient for the activity modeling of the projected information system. A data flow diagrams (DFD) are constructed using the DFD methodology. It shows all data flows used during the execution of processes, including external entities outside the system and data stores inside it. If to supply the presented model with ERD diagrams, as a model of database, one can begin to program and realize an information system.

The requirements for the creating information system automating the linguistic center activities are analyzed and optimized. The first and second stages of IP creation Life Cycle are presented. The analysis of the subject area and the design of the information system using the tools and methods of the object-oriented approach is carried out. Using such CASE tool, as the RationalRose, UML diagrams describing the activities of the Language Link linguistic center are constructed. By means of AnyLogic, simulation modeling was carried out and a student testing model was developed to determine the level of language proficiency in order to choose the exam category. The requirements for the projected information system of the linguistic center are formulated. Logical and physical ERD models of the database structure are constructed using the ERWin CASE tool. The design of the user interface of the information system for the linguistic center has been also carried out.

This article explores the use of machine learning algorithms to identify anomalies in a solar heating system. The developed solar heating system consists of several parts to simplify the process of description and modeling. The author propose a new neural network architecture based on ordinary differential equations. The idea is to apply the new architecture to practical problems of accident forecasting (the problem of extrapolation of time series) and classification (classification of accidents based on historical data). The developed machine learning algorithms, artificial intelligence methods, and the theory of differential equations - these areas allow us to build a model for predicting system failure. Database management theory (relational databases) - these systems allow you to establish optimal storage of large time series.

The object of the research is the method of cutting tool wear control that provides evaluation of the periodicity of cutting tool replacement on the basis of vibration signals. Noise and vibration meter VShV-003-M2 is used for registration of vibration level in the process of parts processing. A procedure of determining the index of catastrophic cutting tool wear according to the vibration index with the use of the autocorrelation function and the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the dynamic system is developed. Measurements of vibration readings of a batch of parts in wave-file format were made, by processing the readings an array of data - vibration indicators, allowing to estimate the process of the cutter wear development during the machining process was obtained. Providing control of catastrophic wear of cutting tools is necessary for timely replacement of cutting inserts.

The article describes the architectural techniques used in the process of developing case studies for assessing the professional skills of students, implemented as part of the educational process of the RSTU. The decision to use the interface as the center of architecture is justified. Possible problems in the process of developing the interface of the specified software are described, and ways of solving them are also presented. Thanks to the presented methods of building the project architecture, you can get rid of the main drawbacks associated with the dependence of the program code of the implemented product on the user interface. Increase the scalability and reliability of the application, while maintaining the overall quality and functionality.

The most important task of the theory and practice of information security is to analyze the process of functioning of the subsystem for responding to computer incidents and eliminating the consequences of computer attacks of the information protection system of automated special-purpose systems under the influence of computer attacks by an attacker on the protected information resource, service or network, which involves modeling the response process. A generalized model of the process of eliminating the consequences of computer attacks and responding to computer incidents is presented in the form of a directed graph, where the vertices correspond to the states of the subsystem, and the arcs correspond to transitions from state to state. The description of the subsystem functioning in the state space allows you to simulate the process of responding to computer incidents and eliminating the consequences of computer attacks, evaluating generalized indicators of the time spent by the subsystem in various states and promptly manage the response process by changing the controlled parameters of the model. The model takes into account many types of computer attacks and many strategies for managing information security tools in the process of eliminating the consequences of computer attacks, is the theoretical basis for the development of a methodological apparatus for analyzing, evaluating and prioritizing the processing of computer incidents, as well as the study of issues of dynamic management of the subsystem of responding to computer incidents in order to increase the efficiency of its functioning. The use of the proposed model makes it possible to apply both empirical values of the implementation time of the response and counteraction subprocesses obtained as a result of measurements or modeling, and the theoretical basis for modeling the counteraction of information security tools to computer attacks of various types.

Remote control of construction equipment makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the workflow: reduce the construction time, adhere to a clear schedule, keeping up with the deadlines set and approved by the project, allows you to "see" the production process from different sides, eliminating almost all possible problems. Also, the full or partial transfer of authority to computer technologies guarantees continuous work in the presence of various climatic and social factors that slow down or stop the schedule. This article examines the experience of implementing remote control of construction equipment at oil production facilities. A comparative analysis of the automated and standard workflow is carried out on the example of KAMAZ trucks. The prospects for the introduction of remote control technology for construction equipment at fields in Russia in order to increase the efficiency of construction production are considered.

The analysis of the frequency-controlled drive currently used on the technological equipment of the Volgogradneftemash enterprise is presented. Taking into account the peculiarities of the pumping and ventilation equipment installed at the enterprise, the principles of regulation are determined and the influence of a frequency-controlled drive on the quality of electrical energy is evaluated. The negative influence of the frequency-controlled drive of ventilation and pumping equipment on individual indicators of electricity quality was noted. In order to reduce this influence, an energy-saving device has been proposed for installation. The issues of the possibility of using an energy-saving device at the facility are considered, as well as an analysis of its efficiency during operation from the point of view of improving the quality of electricity in the internal power supply system of the Volgogradneftemash open Joint stock company is carried out. The use of the device is an effective solution, since it leads to high energy efficiency of technological equipment by reducing current surge, suppression of higher harmonics and electromechanical interference.

The task of building a decision-making system within the framework of automated systems of accident-free control of technological processes based on prediction models is considered. The decision-making system includes emergency forecasting system, integral criterion of accident-free control, preventive maintenance system, automated process control system. The aim of the work is to develop a compositive model for predicting emergencies of chemical water cleaning process. MATLAB software package and visual programming environment MICROSOFT VISUAL STUDIO were selected as a toolkit for predicting emergency situations of the technological process. The prediction model is a composition of thermodynamic, linguistic and neural network components. An example of compositive model for forecasting emergency situations of chemical water cleaning process is considered. Computational experimental research of the model is presented. It is concluded that the components of the prediction model complement each other, and an objective assessment of the state of the chemical water cleaning process should be carried out on the basis of the prediction of all three models.

To improve the quality of bearing rings, modern production strives to apply new modern methods for detecting defects based on the causes of their occurrence, as well as to introduce quality control systems by creating specialized software. An accurate assessment of the dynamic properties of bearings is very important for machines and helps to avoid serious mechanical damage. As part of the experiments, the main control methods were considered and the most effective one was established - eddy current control, which has a number of advantages compared to others. To prevent the occurrence of defective products in the control system, the fractal dimension method was considered and a neural network was built to solve the tasks of diagnosing.

The article presents the results of a study of an automated system of commercial accounting of energy resources. The open architecture of the top-level software of the automated information and measurement system of commercial electricity metering, based on WEB technologies, has been developed and tested, which will allow further research and scientific activities in the field of mathematical and software processing of data on electricity consumption. A module of planning and management of enterprise resources has been developed for the implementation of AIIS KUE in the MCD based on the developed diagram of use cases.

The article discusses the algorithms of the population's choice of the method and means of transportation around the city. The article presents three algorithms: the general algorithm, the algorithm for regular movements and the algorithm for urgent movements. The logic used in the developed algorithms is based on the materials of a survey of 1504 respondents in Tyumen in 2021. The algorithms take into account aspects that are associated with the risk of COVID-19 infection in urban transport. These algorithms can be used in research works to simulate the process of movement of city residents.

Internet of Things (IoT) technologies are widely used in many fields today, including the power engineering. This article describes the development of a hardware and software complex for collecting and storing thermometry data. Related works are considered. The complex includes the data collection and transmission module and the database on the server. Measurement indicators are collected and transmitted using the Arduino Uno platform. For temperature measuring, the thermocouple is used, the normalizing converter converts the signal from the thermocouple. The signal gets to the input of the ATmega328 microcontroller of Arduino Uno platform. Data transmission is carried out wirelessly by EPS-12 microcontroller using the MQTT application layer protocol and Wi-Fi channel protocol. The database was implemented using the MySQL database management system. The developed software and hardware complex is used for steam boiler condition monitoring at the thermal power plant of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute.

The article presents the results of a study of the stepper motor control system of a road printer. The use of a stepper motor imposes additional requirements on the road printer in terms of operating parameters control. The main requirement for the stepper motor of the road printer is to ensure the rotation of the rotor, at a given angle, which depends on the control mode. The description of the road printer is given. The dependencies of the stepper motor as a control object are given. Investigated for the stability of the Nyquist system. A simulation model of the stepper motor control system of a road printer has been developed and simulation results are presented.
