In the article presents an analysis of changes in the flow of failures of trucks with diesel and methane-diesel engines. As a result of analysis revealed a change in the reliability of diesel cars converted to work on compressed natural gas. This led to a change in their effective operation because of the increased amount of downtime to repair. Another reason of the decline in effective work vehicles - reduction the carrying capacity, because of the need to transportation a extra weight in the form of compressed gas cylinders. These factors directly affect the final cost of transportation of cargos and payback period of the gas equipment. As a result it was proposed to take into consideration the change in the reliability of methane-diesel vehicles in the formation of cost transportation cargos and payback calculation of gas equipment.

The paper presents the results of a study on the influence of seasonal conditions on the reliability of diesel and gas diesel vehicles. During the experiment were treated with statistical data on the failure of the two groups of trucks, methane-diesel and diesel operated under the same conditions. As a result of analysis found seasonal variations in the flow of failures between the two groups. Then the failures were divided into failures of components and assemblies cars such as engine, transmission gear and chassis of cars. This division has revealed the influence of seasonal conditions on the reliability of components and assemblies of diesel and gas diesel cars and their differences. Studies have shown the need for adjustment of norm in the planning of maintenance and procurement of spare parts for gas diesel vehicles.

The article presents a method of forming a rational structure of the truck fleet. This method allows to evaluate the effectiveness of means of transport for which there are no statistics on the operation under specified conditions. The same methodology takes into account the possibility of application gas-equipment on rolling stock and its impact on the change of technical and operating characteristics of the vehicle. The methodology used method of expert evaluations, taking into account the weight factors. In the first step introduced initial data on operating conditions, and a cargo nomenclature, technical and operational performance of the car and so on. Next it is determined whether there is information about the operation of the vehicle under specified conditions. In the absence of information, used the method of expert evaluations based on weighting factor. After filling out all the necessary information is made choice of truck that meet the specified requirements. Calculated the cost of transportation of cargo for selected vehicles on the basis of the performance of the vehicle and the cost of its operation. On the basis of the definite operating conditions and Calculated the cost of transportation of cargo, is formed park of the trucks matching the given parameters, and with the greatest efficiency.
