Determined the relationship of the provision of public соцальных services, the system of state administration and administrative reform. Is an advanced version of the stages of administrative reform, with the purpose of revealing in her place and role of public social services. The analysis of the stages shown that it was decided to many of the tasks set in the field of improvement of the provision of public social services, but still enough problems still remain unresolved.
