Refraction has a strong influence on the accuracy parameters of the range-finding tract of laser tracking locators and the process of directing a narrow laser beam onto the object. High requirements for locators (the error of measuring the range to a few dozen centimeters) lead to the need to take refraction into account for making corrections to the measurements. Significant distortion of the signal leads not only to the phenomenon of static refraction, but also dynamic. To reduce the error of distance measurements it is advisable to use methods to compensate for the effect of static refraction or to take it into account and use the correction coefficients. The article shows that the most effective solution to the problem of refraction in the presence of a dynamic component is also the use of parallel laser probing of the atmosphere, but it must be carried out at two different wavelengths. In this case, the main method of calculating the correction factors is the dispersion method, which makes it possible to reduce the relative measurement error to 106. The use of laser methods for controlling atmospheric parameters, including two-wave and two-frequency ones, was described by us and experimentally investigated at the Chauda, Feodosiya, and the Republic of Crimea fires on YAG: Nb3 + IZ-25 lasers and continuous lasers . The obtained atmospheric data on the LT-5Z laser were used to create a mobile laser-television locator for external-trajectory measurements of the descent of the aerial systems "Kafa +" and were installed both on the ground and on an air balloon. The flight trajectories of balloons and the descent of cargo parachute systems were studied.

Electroencephalograms were registered in 5 clinically healthy undergraduates using the Neurovisor GMM device when a light stream with a frequency of 0, 3, 9, 21, 50 and 100 Hz was operated on the human visual apparatus with a coefficient of its ripple from 0 to 80%. It is shown that it is impossible to establish directly by the electroencephalogram a control of the pulsating action of the light flux on the bioelectric activity of the human brain, even at low frequencies.

The problematic issues of the state of isolation of power cable systems (PCL) are considered on the basis of development and development of non-destructive testing methods. In article a modelling and experimental survey of the controlled attenuator in a frequency range 2 - 4 GHz is performed. It is received the minimum attenuation no more than 3.5 dB, the maximum attenuation not less than 56 dB at a current 3.8 mA. The amplitude-frequency characteristic unevenness at a current 3.8 mA does not exceed 3 dB. The attenuator design is made in the form of the hybrid module. The attenuator is intended for adjustment of transfer constant of the microwave receiver.

The paper is devoted by studying of the correctness of the antenna pattern adaptive control problem in a randomly inhomogeneous medium. We use spectral methods for the solving the Helmholtz equation with variable parameters in the frozen medium approximation. We have proved the correctness of the problem of a given antenna pattern forming in a randomly inhomogeneous medium for the measured distribution of the complex wave amplitude in the plane of receivers in the first time. The possibility of using an antenna with a synthesized aperture for adaptive correction of the antenna pattern for maximization of communication channel capacity is substantiated. We use the refractive index model as the sum of the deterministic and random components in numerical modeling. The sampling intervals were chosen in accordance with the sampling theorem. The analytic expressions with given parameters were used as a model of the law of the antenna array operation. The results of numerical simulation confirmed that, in the first approximation, the problem of the antenna pattern controlling of a transmitter with a synthesized aperture based on the distribution of the complex wave amplitude measured in the plane of receivers is correct. It allows to create a system of adaptive antenna pattern correction for maximization of communication channel capacity.

An experimental study of the resolving power of the rank detector of single pulses was carried out. Experimental dependences of the probability of detection- resolution of two pulses on the time position from the delay between the pulse fronts-are obtained. It is shown that the probability of correct detection - resolution reaches the value P101 = 0.5 with a signal-to-noise ratio = 2 for a delay between fronts of about 9,7 μs, and for a signal-to-noise ratio of 4 with a delay between fronts of about 9,1 μs.

The method of determining the speed of a bus before its overturning is considered. According to statistical studies, it was found that rollover of buses is a fairly common type of traffic accidents (road accidents). However, in this kind of accident, a large number of casualties and even deaths are recorded. In such cases, the investigator-investigator must identify the culprit in the accident, as a rule, it can be a master for the production of vehicles on the line, if the cause is a bus malfunction. In addition, it can be drivers of other cars or pedestrians. The driver of the bus, who took the wrong actions in the current dangerous situation, can also be guilty. The most common cause of an accident is the driver violating the speed limit. Therefore, the investigator-investigator must determine how fast the bus moved before tipping over. For this, there is a standard method for determining it. Based on the received speed value, it is concluded whether the driver violated or did not violate the established speed regime. However, this technique will give excessive values of speed, for example, if the driver has made a maneuver "rearrangement", known as the elk test. The analysis of protection of institution of higher education is labor-intensive and difficult process since it is necessary to analyze the big data (including employees). In this regard, an up to date task is development of new and modernization of the existing methods to a security assessment on the based on functioning of institution. The authors created an algorithm for calculation of assessment of protection of the information resources on the based on power factor of measures of protection. The offered algorithm of an assessment of the general level of security allows to define how effectively all realized methods of protection of an information system on the base various the groups of measures of ensuring information security are used. There are presented dialogical model of a system by means of the UML. The architecture and the classes of system is described. The solution at automation of process of analysis of protection proposed by authors is presented in the type of Web-service. The presentation of the created system is described on the example of the analysis of an object "1C accounts department".

In the scientific article, the problem of instrumental and methodological support of works on a special assessment of working conditions is considered. The paper presents an approach to the selection of measuring equipment for the measurement of harmful production factors, which is based on the method of expert assessments. The results of studies of the application of the expert method for determining the possibility of using a group of instruments for the assessment of physical and chemical factors for conducting a special assessment of working conditions at workplaces of a machine building enterprise are presented. Recommendations are presented for equipping the laboratory with laboratories that carry out special assessment work in the conditions of machine building enterprises.
