Recently, in the process of creating a single information space worsened organization relevant databases in geographically separated units of one company, no common local area network and to allow for working with databases via the Internet. The main solution is to organize the synchronization of electronic data on external media.
The developed application allows an automated procedure to find differences in the databases of reference materials and assortments, add to the database of any of the divisions of the elements that are missing from it, and are available in the other areas.
The present article is intended for those engaged in the organization of a common information space in the field of design and technological preparation of production through the creation and administration of topical databases.
