The open labor market has contributed to the emergence of new forms of employment for workers due to the recognition of remote work as one of the forms of organization of production and labor, including in the organization of construction production. With the massive penetration of digital technologies into the business models of modern companies, employers are increasingly turning to freelancers. This transition was associated with the development of the Internet, the emergence of online platforms and cloud data storages that connect customers and contractors and allow the employee to carry out labor activities regardless of the territorial location. Such transformations have formed a new socio-economic model, called "gignomics". Today, gigonomics is developing at a rapid pace throughout the world, as this model is attractive to both workers and employers.

Ecology is an acute problem in the modern world. At many enterprises and in many processes, they strive to reduce emissions of waste and natural gases that have a negative impact on the environment. The author of the article suggests using energy-efficient technologies in housing construction, namely, when carrying out major repairs of apartment buildings in the city of Moscow. In this article, the author considers technologies that reduce power consumption, which can also be applied during major repairs. In particular, an important role for reducing emissions of harmful substances into the environment is the reduction of heat consumption in apartment buildings. The result of the introduction of the technologies listed in the article will be an improvement in the standard of living in the old housing stock.

This article presents the existing technologies for implementing ground anchors - inside a casing pipe, without the use of a casing pipe and under using a bentonite clay. As a result, a method for selecting the technology for strengthening the retaining walls has been developed by using injection anchors.

The purpose of the study, which this article is limited to, is to analyze the violations committed during the installation of precast concrete goods of a residential building, the place where errors occurred and their causes, and analyze the consequences of violation of the technology for erecting the supporting frame of a residential large-panel building. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to study and analyze the main technological actions and in the process of operational quality control, to identify the places of occurrence of technology violations.On the example of a large-panel residential building, the problems of the quality of work during the construction of the aboveground part of the building are considered. The drawbacks of the constructive solution of external wall panels and joints between them are revealed. The main mistakes in the production of work are considered, at what point in the production of work they arise, and what they will lead to in the future. An example of operational construction control of the installation of load-bearing structures of a large-panel residential building is given.An analysis of errors in construction and installation works was carried out, conclusions were drawn and proposals were made to improve the quality of work during the construction of a large-panel residential building.

In the article are considered the methodic of search of the best from the point of view of the criteria given of organizational technical decisions in the construction process. This methodic for decision of building production tasks has been worked out or is being worked out in different institutes of Russian Federation. In the paper some of possible methodic of choice on the ground of automation and mechanization means are analyzed. We should outline the three basic methods of accepting of decision about the way of performance of construction works: a) brainstorming of engineers, really involved in taking of decisions; b) analytic approach, realization of choice of the way of performance of construction and installation works by means of exploration of the problem of search of "optimal in the given conditions decision"; c) mathematic modeling, using of the technology of informational modeling of buildings (BIM) as a part of computer-aided design (CAD).

The main part of the technical documents in creation, reconstruction and capital repair of buildings and structures consists of technical executive documentation. Its formation, design, processing demand a lot of time and labor expenses. With the purpose of optimization of these processes and decreasing of work expenses it is necessary to appeal to automatic means of control and exploitation of executive documentation. In the article there are considered technical possibilities of the programs, allowing to simplify compilation of technical executive documentation at construction plant.
