The article presents a solution of the problem of an airborne flow of the technogenic relief profile using the innovative multidisciplinary finite element analysis of ANSYS AIM and comparison of the results with the data obtained in the wind tunnel. ANSYS AIM was announced in 2016, so the potential of this product is interesting for study. The use of computer simulation is relevant at present, since this method speeds up significantly the solution of problems and makes it possible to study visually the physics of processes. The graphical results obtained in this software package represent the possibility to obtain not only mathematical dependencies, but also to study the processes from within.
