The article discusses topical issues related to modeling the physical processes in the operation of solar photovoltaic batteries. In the course of the research, the simulation of photovoltaic batteries was carried out in the MATLAB / Simulink / Simscape simulation environment. The output current of the solar cell is chosen as the main electrical parameter. The model is tested using the characteristics of the ABi-Solar P60270-D polycrystalline photo module.

In article the condition of a passenger transport complex of the Izhevsk city agglomeration is considered. It is noted that agglomeration includes a number of settlements of the neighboring regions. It imposes additional restrictions on development of all transport complex as it is necessary to agree in addition on the separate organizational economic problems relating to competences of local authorities. The main problems constraining development of a passenger transport complex from which are especially distinguished infrastructure, technical, administrative, and also tariff policy are shown. The package of measures on improvement of transport service of the population of city agglomeration is offered. Theoretically locates expected social-economic effekt.

Despite the improvement in the overall situation in the Russian sport, its position in the subsidized provincial regions remains difficult. The main reasons lie in the absence of a clear, well thought-out sports policy of the local authorities, preferring the development of professional sports to the detriment of the mass, as well as accessible and complete information about available resources and opportunities (potential) regional sports complex. The article deals with the theoretical issues of system diagnosis of a sports complex in the region, the disclosure of the content of the basic concepts and its economic diagnosis.
