Capital construction projects include buildings and structures whose construction has not been completed. Currently, in the construction market, software developers offer more than 160 variants of construction information models (hereinafter BIM-model) for a complex cycle of building construction systems. BIM in design is not only a tool that supports modern technologies for investment and implementation of construction projects. Using BIM technology that analyzes the schedule of disbursement of funds and deadlines for the current dates, it is more convenient to control investment projects. It becomes possible to carry out electronic document management at all stages of the project cycle, launch digital construction control, add and adjust model attributes.

The aim of the study is to study the features of planning construction production when performing facade work. The theoretical analysis of information and the method of expert assessments were used as research methods. As a result of the study, conclusions were drawn about the factors affecting planning and technical and economic indicators. The analysis of issues related to the planning of construction production and the analysis of the conditions for organizing facade works is carried out. The main issues in this case are the issues of analysis of the initial data, the issues of the choice of means of paving and the selection of the numerical-qualification composition of workers.

Every year, the problem of recycling industrial waste in the construction sector is becoming increasingly important. Recycling and recycling of waste is an important way to reduce environmental damage. For more than one decade, developing technological processes and installations for the processing of concrete and reinforced concrete. Annually in Moscow, about 11.5 million tons of construction waste are generated, and in the near future the increase in the volume of concrete scrap in the demolition of buildings, reconstruction, overhaul and accumulation of substandard structures will reach 13-15 million tons per year.

At present, progress in building materials science and the construction industry is gaining in importance. New technologies provide high quality products, its environmental safety, efficient use of raw materials, saving resources. The creation of high technologies is possible only with the use of the latest achievements in physics, chemistry and other basic sciences. To date, the most promising are nanotechnology.
