The article deals with the integration of a three-dimensional model of a parametric architecture object created by Autodesk Revit and its finite element model. The features of IFC formatting expand the possibilities of presenting design data for solving problems of integration information and computational models. The advantages and disadvantages of this approach to the modeling of unique high-rise buildings, the architectural solution of which is a complex geometric surface, are illustrated. The resulting finite element models allowed us to perform a static calculation and analyze the characteristic movements of the frame elements of a unique building. The practical significance of the presented research results lies in the possibility of using a parametric architecture for designing objects using BIM with subsequent analysis of the stress-strain state of the frame of a building or structure.

The principles of parametric modeling and design based on the example of a buildings is studied, the architectural image of whiches are a set of spiral circular surface with circles of variable radius defined by coordinates through functions of the corresponding surfaces in the SAPPHIRE software. Alternative methods for specifying surfaces in the SAPPHIRE PC with subsequent export to the LIRA PC for engineering calculations of the frame of the building for various combinations of loads by the finite element method are presented. The object of the study is a 130-meter-high building with a hardness core in the form of a cylindrical shell of revolution. One of the most universal ways to create a surface is to specify it through a formula, because you can easily change the shape and appearance of the surface without manually editing the geometry of the model in the drawing. The development of the parametric architecture calls for the creation of new approaches to the calculation of unique buildings and structures, the improvement of software complexes that implement the finite element method, and the appearance of new varieties of finite elements with curvilinear boundaries.

Having appeared on fusion of two megatrends – urbanization and digital revolution – the smart city paradigm signifies transition to modern cities digital governance. The history of the origin and evolution of the smart city concept is shortly given with the role of high-tech giants and the world's largest international organizations in the process. The steps of the Russian Government, high-tech companies and an academic community, which contribute to the emergence of smart cities in Russia, have been presented. The IBM and The World Bank declare that smarter cities make their systems instrumented, interconnected or integrated and intelligent. These three ways to use of information and communications technology we have interpreted as a smart city model. According to the Smart Cities Council a smart city enhances its livability, workability and sustainability by collecting, communicating and “crunching” data. These three core functions of a smart city have been described here as the second model. Smart Cities Council Chairman Jesse Berst on the third-annual Smart Cities Week D.C. have presented four actions a smart city performs: it collects, communicates, computes and controls. We can consider now the process of improving decisions and behavior had been separated from “crunching” as a new stage. The KPMG sets the smart city principle: it operates on a 4-step process of capturing data, communicating, analyzing and acting. Although KPMG’s model appears earlier, we suggest the model presented by Jesse Berst to be considered as the basic smart city model. It emphasizes four substantial stages in the use of ICT in smart cities

Implementation of digital technologies in construction field demands a fundamental revision on the project documentation approach. First, is to re-orient the design approach by transition from two dimensional project documentation to object oriented multidimensional informational model. That leads to use of new technologies in construction production and in quality control of project documentation field. Based on previous conclusions, the problem of quality check of an information model, the check on compliance of the specifications and technical documentation of the state where construction is carried out, and on compliance to requirements of the client becomes number one priority. A general algorithm of information model verification of anthropogenic object is offered in the article. The typology of anthropogenic objects is offered. Approaches to form the lists of the compliance regulations on the specifications and technical documentation depending on type of anthropogenic object are defined. The problem of forming lists of the compliance regulations on the information model according to its stage of life cycle is separately considered. An approach to the future development of the tools to the complex analysis of information model based on the open IFC format is formulated.

The paper discusses the flow induced by centrifugal forces in helium II on the outside of the rotating cylinder. The analysis was carried out in the framework of Landau's two-fluid theory, in the approximation of a plane incompressible fluid. A two-parameter family of solutions of the equations of motion is revealed, in which the centrifugal forces for the normal component are fully compensated by counter-current (normal and super-fluid components) flows. According to preliminary estimates, the most stable of them is the flow, in which the pressure forces in the superconducting part are also compensated, The results show that in the analysis of helium II rotations it is necessary to take into account countercurrent instabilities.

The reorganization of existing coatings of public buildings into the “green roof” technology is possible in cases of the generation of an extensive type of green roofing system and, extremely rarely, of an intensive type. To clarify to the above, the load from the green roof of the extensive type in a water-saturated condition on the bearing part of the structural system of the building is 80 ... 100 kg / m2 with a substrate thickness of not more than 0.07 ... 0.15 m. Therefore, in most cases the introduction of this type of green Coverage in public buildings of the existing buildings is feasible.
