The quality of technological processes in the construction of reinforced concrete buildings determines the existing problems of their reliability and durability. As a result, there is a need for construction control during the construction of facilities. The concept of construction control is defined. The structural and technological types of buildings are investigated. The stages of construction at which construction control is carried out are considered. The methodology for improving the efficiency of organizational and technical solutions during construction control has a significant impact on reducing construction time, and also minimizes the number of defects and deviations.
