The paper proposes a mathematical model for evaluating the effectiveness of measures aimed at anticipating competitors in the market. The model is based on the theory of Markov random processes. It allows you to assess the probability of pre-emption in the implementation of commercial projects by one party over the other in a competitive environment. The dependences of probabilities of pre-emption of the parties from time to time. It is shown that these probabilities depend on the average project execution time of each competitor and have a maximum characterizing the most effective lead time. The obtained theoretical dependences allow us to analyze the possible outcomes of competition in market conditions.

The electrical properties of composites based on La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 (LSMO) synthesized at the percolation threshold have been studied: LSMO / Li4P2O7, LSMO / Sb2O3, LSMO / GeO2. The activation energies of these compounds have been determined. New ceramic materials with silver interlayers between LSMO manganite crystallites have been synthesized. The current-voltage characteristics for the LSMO / GeO2 series are given. The nonlinearity of the characteristics is most pronounced for compositions near the percolation threshold, 85% LSMO / 15GeO2.

The paper contains information about a stationary model of coordination of private and public interests in the allocation of resources. The study is conducted in a game setting, taking into account the hierarchy in the relations between the subjects. Take into account the subjects of management on two levels: the supervisor and the agents. Between agents occurs non-antagonistic game in which the Nash equilibrium. When modeling the interaction between the supervisor and agents, the Stackelberg equilibrium is constructed. Algorithms for solving the problem are specified, simulation experiments for a number of characteristic input data are carried out. The analysis of the obtained results is given.

Wide integration of computing resources into physical processes resulted into evaluation of new concepts and evaluation of a concept of cyber-physical sysems in particular. The article reveals an approach of implementation of cyber-physical processes into construction field. Since the process of construction faces the problems, which were traditionally considered as poorly formalized, that leads to an accumulation and transfer of huge amounts of often heterogeneous in its structure and purpose of information. As a result of a detailed analysis of the prerequisites for the creation, structure and functions of cyber-physical systems, the authors establish that the solution of such problems is engaged in cyber-physical systems. The importance of the use of cyber-physical systems in the construction industry is due to its significant role in the economy of any country. The authors identify a number of areas of application of cyber-physical systems in construction, such as monitoring and control of various parameters and systems, logistics and many others. Further studies of the authors need the development of specific algorithms for the implementation of cyber-physical systems in solving these problems.

The problem of negative impacts of various nature on the environment from the functioning of public facilities is currently particularly relevant. A special place among such objects is occuped by shopping and entertainment complexes representing a unique symbiosis of various zones. This makes them objects an extensive list of negative factors affecting the environment. At the first stage of the research to solve this problem we carried out a study of the existing scientific approaches to the assessment of the state of the environment and the selection of the scientific basis for subsequent research. The results obtained at the completed stage of the research can be used as the basis for improving the existing scientific base in order to minimize the shortcomings of the existing approaches.

Traditional methods of assessing the effectiveness of investment and construction projects do not take into account the possibility of changing the conditions of construction, the intensity of development of capital investments, depending on the prevailing conditions. This leads to the need to develop new methodological approaches to make rational decisions on the allocation of investments in the implementation of construction production. The article proposes to use the model of option pricing for a phased assessment of the effectiveness of the investment and construction project, depending on the changing factors of the internal and external environment.

The article presents the developed cognitive model of tourism potential assessment, which allows to determine the prospects of development within the specific territory of the tourism and recreation cluster. The article describes the approach to the development of an integral indicator of tourism potential assessment, which should allow to determine the prospects of development within a specific territory of the tourism and recreational cluster. As part of the construction of an integral indicator, an algorithm for developing a system of indicators for assessing the tourist potential of the territory, based on the cognitive structuring of knowledge about the object, was proposed. In order to determine the functionally significant links between the system "Tourist potential of the territory" and the external environment, the study analyzed the connectivity of the structure, based on the study of simplicial complexes. As a result, a ranked list of factors of the "Tourist potential of the territory" system was obtained and the weight for each of them was determined, which allowed to form an integral indicator of the tourism potential assessment
