The article considers the problems of institutionalization of the consumer market of the region in the conditions of asymmetric distribution of market power in the consumer market, it is carried out the theoretical generalization of evolutional complexities of empirical synthesis of the new structure of commodity circulation which are stipulated by the extensive growth of the retail chains.
