Improving the efficiency of gear cutting
Incoming article date: 26.05.2015The effect of ultrasound on the process of cutting fine-grained gears from hard materials - zubodolblenie and tooth regrinding. It is shown that with the introduction into the treatment zone ultrasound is a significant reduction of the cutting force component pz shrinkage chip and the height of asperities. Wear of cutting teeth superimposed ultrasonic vibrations becomes more stable, increased efficiency gear cutting tools.
