Segmentation of graduates in the labor market: dynamics study
Incoming article date: 01.12.2014The article analyzes the results of the internal audit effectiveness of employment of graduates of the Faculty of Sociology and Political Science, Southern Federal University (2010-2013). Recorded the following signs of segmentation of university graduates in the labor market: educational, demographic, behavioral, socio-economic, industry. The overall level of employment of graduates in 4 years is 77.6%. During 4 years of monitoring the overall level of work in the specialty graduates is 35%. On the basis of the theory of segmentation 46.5% of the graduates of the Faculty of Sociology and Political Science Southern Federal University belong to the primary sector of the labor market, 53.5% - to the secondary sector. The main forms of employment of graduates of the Faculty of Sociology and Political Science SFU: wage employment, with the regime of full-time, permanent, formal, standard, basic.
